~Shipping Policy and Rates~
Regular USPS Priority Mail is used in most shipping situations.
United States Address only please.
Orders up to $99.99 - $6.99 flat rate.
Orders $100 and higher - FREE Shipping.
Please allow 24 hours for processing.

~Returns/Exchanges~

Cadance Dancewear strives to provide an amazing online shopping experience for our customers. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns for a full refund under these following conditions:

 

~Returns for exchange or refund must be made within 30 days of shipping date.

 

~Merchandise must be received in new condition, in original packaging with original tags attached and free of smoke, makeup, deodorant, pet hair or any stains. 

 

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE: Tights, undergarments, jewelry, hair accessories, and clearance items may NOT be returned unless defective, damaged, or mis-shipped. 

 

~Shoes must be in new condition with no sign of wear on soles. Must be returned with the original shoebox and/or bag. Please do not use the shoebox as your shipping box. 

 

~Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all returns and exchanges unless item is defective, damaged, or mis-shipped.  

 

~For exchanges, regular shipping fees will apply. (See Shipping Policy and Rates). Prices are subject to change without notice. Exchanges can take 1-3 weeks to process, if you need your item sooner, we suggest you place a new order online for the item you need. Once we receive your exchanged item, you will be refunded accordingly.

YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR PRIORITY!!!

If your item is defective, damaged, or mis-shipped, Cadance Dancewear will be glad to exchange the item. Please ship the items back and include a copy of the receipt. Once item is inspected, we will issue a replacement and you will be reimbursed on your shipping for the defective item.

~In-Store Returns/Exchanges~
Unfortunately we do not offer in store refunds. Merchandise may be exchanged or a store credit will be issued.

 

~Cancellation Policy~
Your order will be processed within a 24 hour period. If for any reason you need to cancel your order after your order has been submitted, please email us at tapperinatina@yahoo.com.  Any orders that have already been shipped will need to follow our Return Policy procedures

~Method of Payment~

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover through Paypal

California residents add 7.75% sales tax.

 

~Cadance VIP Members~
We regret to inform you, Cadance VIP Members discount cannot be used for online orders at this time.

 

~Gift Certificates~
Gift certificates can only be used in store.


~Back Orders~
Occasionally one or more items may be temporarily out of stock. We will contact you to make sure you are aware of any backorders. Please indicate if you wish to ship your order complete. Otherwise, we will ship all "in stock" items at once and the balance of your order will be shipped as soon as possible.
All Back Orders will be automatically canceled after 90 days.
